30-Day Returns & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with our fine jewelry.  

  • You can return or exchange your order within 30 days from the delivery date
  • Shipping charges are not refunded in the return
  • All returned items must be undamaged in the original packaging, along with the original certificates
  • There must be no scratches, marks or signs of wear on the item
  • Items must not have been altered in any way
  • Items that are received which have been worn, damaged, or altered will not be refunded

Return Shipping

  • Return your order in the original packaging
  • All ORIGINAL Diamond Certificates or GRA Certificates of Authenticity MUST be returned. Any package missing the original certificate(s) will be charged a fee of $200.00 per certificate with no exceptions.
  • Please remove all previous shipping labels and markings on the exterior of the box
  • Buyers are responsible for the return shipping cost. We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries
  • Ship your package via US Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail to
